Thank you to everyone who joined us on 24th November 2018. We raised £540 for our couple’s IVF treatment, and we styled a whopping 158 victory rolls in 2 hours!
We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be holding the event again next year, and we’re in talks with the Guiness Book of Records to make our styling record official! Watch out on our Facebook and Instagram to find out about our 2019 event…
Join us for the big hair styling challenge – how many victory rolls can we do in one session?! Our world record attempt and main event will be held in our Birmingham salon.
WE NEED YOU to give us your beautiful heads so we can set the worlds first vintage hairstyling record.
Be part of the UK’s biggest fundraising vintage meet up and help us fund our very special couple Anna and Adrian* end their 8 year heartbreaking journey through IVF by funding further treatment. Our owner Lynsey went through IVF and knows the trauma of failed treatment and losses, that’s why she set up the Keuxties Family Fund. We need £4000 to help our couple get closer to meeting their longed-for child. Read their full story here.
How to get involved…
We’ll be announcing details of the 2019 Victory Roll Race in the summer!
You don’t have to have your hair styled, you can simply join in the fun (shopping, entertainment, food & drinks and a chance to join a HUGE vintage meetup).
If you can’t attend you can donate directly here instead. All profits (we have to pay transactions fees on card payments) go to the Keuxties Family Fund.
The fun kicks off from 1pm and we’ll be styling hair for the world record from 2pm onwards. We need hundreds of people to come to help us set the record so please share our event online.
Please invite ALL YOUR FACEBOOK FRIENDS to the event to help us get the 100s we need!
Influencers and bloggers… please get in touch! We have VIP invites for you (including cosmetics goody bags, free entry and first places for kicking off our styling). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you to our amazing sponsors…
*IVF can be a very emotional and heartbreaking journey and the couple we are currently helping have asked us to change their names so that they can continue their journey in privacy, which we absolutely respect.
